Disney has an unwavering commitment to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment and accessible experiences for our Guests. At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, we offer a number of tools and resources for our Guests with disabilities. Some of these include American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services, assisted listening devices, and more. Please note that early entry to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event venues is not permitted.
At the Anaheim Convention Center, Accessibility Services located in Event Services (at the Hilton Anaheim, California Ballroom A and B) is open Wednesday, August 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, August 13, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Accessibility Services located in the Anaheim Convention Center Lobby A/B is open Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
At the Honda Center, Accessibility Services is available from the time the doors open until 45 minutes after shows end. The Accessibility Services location at Honda Center will be provided closer to the event.
