Anaheim Convention Center
There is not a separate line or front of the line pass for Guests with disabilities. If you are in a queue and you feel the need to leave with the intent to return, you could leave a member of your party in the queue, take the break you need, and return to the queue where you can rejoin your party.
Another option is to have a member of your party wait in the queue while you sit off to the side or explore other portions of the event and rejoin the members of your party when they are at the front of the queue.
If you would like to utilize this option, please speak with a cast member or staff member on-site at the location you are queuing for.
Guests are encouraged to bring a favorite device, sensory toy, or activity they think might be calming or keep a member of your party occupied during any extended waits.
Should a Guest become overstimulated or need some down time, several quieter locations are available throughout the venue where they can “take a break.” If necessary, find a staff member who will assist in directing you to a quiet location nearby. Some quieter locations at the Anaheim Convention Center include:
• Break Area located on the 3rd Floor in Room 303C, near The Walt Disney Archives Stage queue
• Lobby of North 100 Level
• 3rd Floor Lobby
Honda Center
Guests are permitted to bring their own noise-canceling headphones and fidget toys.
At the Honda Center, sensory bags are available at Accessibility Services locations located across from Sections 209 and 225. Sensory bags—, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads — will be available to all Guests at the Honda Center who may feel overwhelmed by the environment.
Should a Guest become overstimulated or need some down time, Guests should visit Accessibility Services or Guest Services and an employee will escort you to the Break Area.
