Mobility Devices
All queues are wheelchair accessible. Guests are invited to bring and use their own mobility device, such as a wheelchair, ECV, cane, cane chair, walker, or walker with a seat, without any special request or item exception tag (subject to certain size restrictions as noted below in “Prohibited Items”).
There will not be wheelchairs or ECVS for rent on-site at the Anaheim Convention Center or at the Honda Center. You may consider renting a wheelchair or ECV before arriving at the event.
ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the local area, is available to provide wheelchair, ECV, and stroller rentals—including length-of-stay rentals—for Guests staying at the hotels of the Disneyland Resort as well as other select Anaheim-area hotels and resorts. Pre-orders and deliveries of mobility rentals through ScooterBug to Disneyland Resort hotels and other select local hotels are available by visiting ScooterBug.com/Anaheim or calling 800-726-8284.
Anaheim Convention Center
We ask that Guests who are willing to transfer to a venue seat do so to accommodate as many individuals as possible. If Guests are unable to transfer to a seat, they may remain in their mobility device. Admission to a session is not guaranteed by requesting accessible seating.
For those Guests who can transfer to a venue seat, there will be designated areas for parking wheelchairs and ECVs as well as strollers during sessions near event stages. Please do not leave any valuables with your wheelchair, ECV, or stroller, as D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or broken.
ECV charging locations are available in the lobbies of the Anaheim Convention Center.
Honda Center
Guests with disabilities are invited to use any elevator available to other Guests, including elevators reserved for “VIP” Guests or certain ticketholders.
If a Guest purchased a ticket and is planning to transfer to a venue seat, mobility devices may be checked at any Guest Services or Accessibility Services location.
Additionally, Guests who need a manual wheelchair to get to their seat or any other location at Honda Center may visit any Guest Services or Accessibility Services location for assistance. Guests may also notify their ticket taker upon entry and an usher will bring a wheelchair to the Guest to assist the Guest to their assigned seat or any other location at Honda Center.
Please note that there are no restrooms on the 100 level. Guests with limited mobility should use a restroom on the concourse level before going to the 100 level to take their seats.
Segways, go-carts, golf carts, and similar devices are not permitted in the Honda Center. Mobility devices may be stored at a Guest Services desk. For Guests seated on the 400 level who desire to store their foldable and/or small mobility device, storage alcoves are available adjacent to the wheelchair-accessible seating areas on the 400 level on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note that strollers are not allowed at the Honda Center.
