Anaheim Convention Center Virtual Queues
Virtual queues operate differently from a traditional standby queue, allowing Guests to enjoy other activities and experiences while they wait. Please note that virtual queues are separate from reservations, which are provided via a random selection process ahead of the event.
When Virtual Queues are Available
Virtual queues will be available for the stores listed below during designated times. Guests may have up to two (2) virtual queue opportunities each day—at 6 a.m. and 1 p.m.—pending availability by location, which is subject to change. When locations are utilizing virtual queue, it is the only way to access those locations, including when the event opens at 9 a.m.
• D23 Marketplace: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• D23 Marketplace Pin Store: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• Disney Studio Store Hollywood: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• Disney .YNSD: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• Mickey's of Glendale: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• Mickey's of Glendale Pin Store: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• The Walt Disney Company Store: Friday at 6 a.m.
• The Walt Disney Company PIN Store: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
• Ravensburger Store: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m. and 1 p.m.
• The Disney Experiences Auction: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 a.m.
How It Works
•For the best virtual queue experience, Guests should enable push notifications for the Disneyland app.
•When within approximately 90 miles of the Anaheim Convention Center, Guests may use the Disney D23 app and My Disney Experience app to request a virtual queue for themselves and one (1) Guest.
•After joining, Guests will receive a boarding group number and a push notification when their group is called and it's their turn to shop.
Guests in the First Boarding Groups
Guests in the first boarding groups of the day will receive additional instructions and should allow enough time for security screening and walking to the store’s queue area. Before stores open, these Guests may line up with their boarding group before groups are officially called to the location. Guests arriving before the event opens should go to Lobby B/C and show their virtual queue and boarding group to Staff, who will direct them to the appropriate queue. Staff will organize Guests by boarding group in order of arrival until 8:15 a.m. After that time, Guests should proceed to the back of the queue when their boarding group is called.
A virtual queue does not provide expedited security screening or venue entry, so Guests should plan enough time to arrive at the Anaheim Convention Center and complete security screening and entry.
Joining the virtual queue does not grant immediate access to any experience and wait times may still apply, including at a location. Virtual queues are limited and subject to availability. Stand-by queues will not be available in the mornings but may be available later in the day if all virtual queue boarding groups have been called. All merchandise is subject to availability, and inventory may sell out. The number of items per purchase will be limited. Traditional queuing is available at locations not utilizing virtual queue.
