Health & Safety

We remain intentional in our commitment to health and safety and will continue to operate with this in mind.

Face coverings are optional for Guests in both indoor and outdoor locations.

While you are here, enjoy access to handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer dispensers, which are available throughout the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event locations.

Please visit https://covid19.ca.gov/ for any current state orders and updated information about COVID-19, including California’s recommendations on vaccinations, wearing masks, and when to self-quarantine or isolate. Guests agree to abide by any and all applicable health-and-safety requirements.

Food & Beverage

At the Anaheim Convention Center, attendees may bring in individual food and beverage portions for their personal consumption, including food for special dietary needs, food allergies, baby food, and formula. Guests may bring non-glass beverage containers to fill at Anaheim Convention Center water fountains. Also, there will be a variety of food and beverage options available on site.

No outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed at the Honda Center. However, exceptions will be made for attendees with special dietary needs, including food allergies, and for baby food/formula as long as the container is plastic. Note that bringing in beverage containers (even empty) is not allowed at the Honda Center. Drinking fountains are located throughout Honda Center. Guests who require a cup of water for medical purposes can obtain a courtesy cup from First Aid located across from Section 202. There will be a variety of food and beverage options available on-site.

First Aid

At the Anaheim Convention Center, First Aid locations are available in the Lobby between Halls A and B, in Hall D, near the Premiere Stage (south of North 200 Level), and in the 3rd Floor Ballroom near the Walt Disney Archives Stage—or to request assistance, dial 8975 from any house phone or 714-765-8975 from a mobile phone.

At the Honda Center, First Aid is located across from Section 202.

Payment Options

The Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center are cashless facilities that accept credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Visa is the official way to pay at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. There are no ATMs available on-site at the Anaheim Convention Center or the Honda Center. Exhibitors on the show floor may or may not accept cash and/or credit cards for payment. Payment options accepted by retailers are found in their location information in the Disney D23 App.

At the Honda Center, cash-to-card machines are available to convert your cash to a card for a small fee.

Bag Check

There are several complimentary bag check options at the Anaheim Convention Center: in Lobby A, Arena Plaza, and Grand Plaza. The Lobby A Bag Check is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bag checks at Arena Plaza and Grand Plaza are open from 9 a.m. until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end on Friday and Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Please claim your items before bag check locations close each day; no items may be stored overnight.

For the safety and convenience of all Guests, please do not bring large items with you on D23 Shuttles. If you plan to have your items checked while you attend a show at the Honda Center, please use a bag check at either the Arena Plaza or Grand Plaza. There will not be a bag check at the Honda Center.

Charging Stations

At the Anaheim Convention Center, mobile charging stations are available in the lobbies. These charging stations can also be used for ECV charging.

At the Honda Center, Fuze Mobile Charging Banks are located on the 200 Level for $5 per hour ($45 max), payable by card only. ECV charging is available where ECVs are stored during the show.

Lost and Found

At the Anaheim Convention Center, all lost and found items will be held at the event Guest Relations in Lobby A/B. Once the event has ended, all items will be given to the Anaheim Convention Center’s Lost and Found office. You can contact Lost and Found at (714) 765-8950, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT.

At the Honda Center, lost and found items will be held at the Guest Relations location across from Section 209 during the event. If you notice you’ve misplaced an item after an event, please call 714-704-2400 (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for assistance.

Lost Children or Other Members of Your Party

In case your party becomes separated, please arrange a meeting place and time in advance. We are unable to page for separated party members. We suggest that you write your mobile phone number on your child’s event badge in case your child becomes separated from you.

At the Anaheim Convention Center, please visit the event Guest Relations in Lobby A/B for assistance.

At the Honda Center, please visit the Guest Relations location across from Section 209 for assistance.

Nursing Mothers / Lactation Rooms

At the Anaheim Convention Center, Lactation Rooms are available in South building Lobby A (Room 109), South building Lobby D (Room 127), and North building Plaza Level. They're open for use without access restriction, and they are lockable from the inside. A changing table with diaper genie, rocking chair, and refrigerator are located in each room. The event does not monitor fridge access and is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Rooms in the South building do not have sinks; sinks are only available in nearby restrooms. The room in North building also has a private restroom, sink, and water dispenser. \

At the Honda Center, Nursing Mothers’ rooms are available upon request for mothers who wish to nurse their child in private. Please visit Guest Relations across from Section 209 and a female employee will escort you to a private mother’s nursing pod located on the arena concourse.
