Parking
Parking is available at the Anaheim Convention Center for $25 per standard sized vehicle and $50 per oversized vehicle (vehicles more than 19 feet in length). Oversized vehicles must be parked in designated spaces and cannot exceed 40 feet in length. The Anaheim Convention Center accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (cash is not accepted). Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Car Park 1 and Car Park 4. Please allow ample time for parking, as some lots may be off-site. If directed to Garden Walk to park, please visit Guest Relations in Lobby A for a voucher for the $25 flat rate. Parking structures will open at 5:30 a.m. each day. Please note: Parking at the Anaheim Convention Center does not include in-and-out privileges; payment is required upon every entry. Overnight parking is prohibited at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Rideshare
There will be a special rideshare drop-off and pick-up location for the event located in the Toy Story Parking Lot on Harbor Boulevard. Please use “D23 Experiences” to easily search a rideshare app for drop-off at this location. It is recommended that afternoon Guests utilize rideshare to arrive to, and depart from, the Anaheim Convention Center.
Bag Check
At the Anaheim Convention Center, two (2) complimentary bag check locations are available to guests for storage of their large items while they are at Honda Center shows. These bag check locations are in Arena Plaza and Grand Plaza, as shown in the map above. They are open from 9 a.m. until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end on Friday and Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday. Note that the bag check location in Lobby A/B is only open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day and therefore cannot be used to store items during Honda Center shows on Friday and Saturday. Please claim your items before bag check locations close each day; no items may be stored overnight.

For Guests with tickets that include access to shows at the Honda Center, please allow ample time when planning your arrival. For the safety of all Guests, there will be security screening at all event entrances, including bag search and metal detection. It is recommended that Guests allow at least 90 minutes for travel time from the Anaheim Convention Center to the Honda Center.
Doors for the Honda Center will open one-and-a-half (1.5) to two (2) hours prior to each presentation start time:
- Disney Entertainment Showcase: Friday, August 14, at 7 p.m. (doors at 5 p.m.)
- Disney Experiences Showcase: Saturday, August 15, at 7 p.m. (doors at 5 p.m.)
- Disney Legends Ceremony: Sunday, August 16, at 1:30 p.m. (doors at 12 p.m.)
Parking
For guests with tickets that include access to shows at the Honda Center, D23 is offering complimentary parking in Honda Center parking lots—offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Honda Center parking lots will open at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 12 p.m. on Sunday. Please be prepared to show your Honda Center ticket for parking lot access. The Honda Center parking lots will close two (2) hours after each show ends. Please note that in Honda Center Parking Structures, the Maximum Vehicle Height Clearance is 8' 2".
Guest parking is available in the Honda Center Katella Garage and Cerritos Garage. Please access garages from Cerritos Avenue to S. Douglass Road and enter at 1555 S. Douglass Road, Anaheim, CA 92806.
Accessible parking is on Level 1 of Cerritos Garage with overflow in Lot 2, both on a first-come, first-served basis. Please access accessible parking from Katella Avenue using River Road to Stanley Cup Way. Designated accessible parking is available for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. If a designated disabled parking space is not available, a parking staff member will direct you to an available parking option closest to the venue. If you have specific parking needs (e.g. additional space to lower a wheelchair ramp or lift) please notify a parking staff member for assistance.
D23 Shuttles to/from the Anaheim Convention Center
For Guests with tickets that include access to shows at the Honda Center, D23 is offering complimentary round-trip shuttles from the Anaheim Convention Center to the Honda Center.
At the Anaheim Convention Center, shuttles, including accessible shuttles, are available at both Transit Plaza and Arena Plaza. All shuttles will operate on a continuous departure schedule, available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to limited availability.
At the Honda Center, shuttles will drop off and pick up in the Katella Garage on Level 1. After the shows, shuttles departing the Honda Center will stop at both Transit Plaza and Arena Plaza.
At the Honda Center, accessible shuttles will drop off and pick up in the Northwest corner of Lot 2. Post‑show accessible shuttles will service both Transit Plaza and Arena Plaza. Please verify your intended stop—Transit Plaza adjacent to Car Park 4 or Arena Plaza near Katella Ave and Car Park 1—and disembark at the appropriate location. There is limited capacity on accessible shuttles. To reduce delays, it is recommended that Guests with accessibility needs plan to drive themselves or use rideshare.
Shuttles will depart from the Anaheim Convention Center starting at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. Shuttles will depart from the Honda Center until one (1) hour after each show ends.
Rideshare and Taxis
Guests using rideshare services and taxis must be dropped off and picked up at the ARTIC station, which is located just across the street (about a 7-minute walk) from the Honda Center. Please use “D23 Showcases” to easily search a rideshare app for drop-off at this location.
Drivers must enter ARTIC from Douglass Road via Katella Avenue and follow traffic officer instructions when present.
When exiting the ARTIC station, Guests should use the sidewalk and follow traffic control officer instructions to access the Honda Center. When exiting the Honda Center, Guests should use the Southwest Entrance to access ARTIC.
Bags
PLEASE NOTE: The Honda Center has a strict “No Bag” policy. The maximum-size bag allowed at the Honda Center is 5" x 9" x 2" regardless if it is a clear bag or not. Medical and diaper bags may be a maximum of 12" x 12" x 12". Backpacks, including mini backpacks, are not permitted under any circumstances. Please review the Event Policies for additionalprohibited items at the Honda Center. Please plan accordingly to not bring any items that do not fit within the above policy to the Honda Center. There will not be a bag check at the Honda Center. Bag checks are available on a first come, first served basis as space is available.
